lefse
I'm a good Minnesotan! see? Rolaids were mentioned this one verse of a song about lefse, to the tune of camp town races. I remember all of it but the verse that's actually relevant here.
Go figure.
Workings of man crying out from the fires set aflame
By his blindness to see that the warmth of his being
Is promised for his seeing, his reaching so clearly

THREE LEGGED DOG!!!!!
.......
Ok, when I was like, three, my family went to this traditional passover meal thing, and at the person's house, there was a three legged dog. So my assossiation with 'passover' is, well, a three legged dog. And grape juice.

Who do you think I'll be without you?

Hammond L-100
My good friend Mary Ann just had photos published in Keith Emerson's autobiography of his Hammond L-100 on fire in Boston in 1997. I was there too! We did 8 shows in 9 days on that tour ...

Whenever I hear the word "hammond" I think of this one musician from my favorite group... I don't know if you've ever heard of him, but
Fred Schendel
Hammonds and Fred, Freds and Hammonds... they go together. Somehow.
