I guess most languages have simple words for "yes" and "no" because these are such important words, and probably are among the first ones ever created.

Ah, and Sam, I'm studying Chinese on the web. My city is quite small and we don't have any courses besides English and Spanish, I think.

actually, If i can remember how to- I could easily make a ASCII ROT-13 coder in visual basic.. something about strings....

I prefer the bare-bones-interface-but-easy-to-remember

And I think I tried to code a rot-13 converter in c++ once, but I didn't remember enough of the language, and eventually decided it really wasn't worth the effort. :/
