Through A Glass Darkly
Been working on sheet music/midi/recording of TaGD.
I've got all the chords down pretty solid, just want to see if I have the piano(dvd)/dulcimer(CD) part at the beginning right?
is this close Fred?
Starting at the a above middle c (italics are indicating a note played above the c above midle c.... you'll understand lol)
a g e c f# d a b
a g e c f# d b c
(repeat)

Hmmm- I don't exactly remember (gotta pull out the cd)
but it's something on the order of
a g e c f# d g e
a g e c a d b g
a g e c f# d g e
a g e c f# d f# g
There's four lines before it repeats.
And sometimes the line ends with a high b c- can't remember which times!
Compare that with what your ear says and you should get it...

a g e c f# d g e
a g e c a d b g

a g e c f# d f# g

Re: Through A Glass Darkly
You should upload your new transcription! I'd love to hear it, and maybe see if I can arrange some sort of saxophone part to fool around with.

Luke 6:27-31
27 "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

Lol. Parents probably wouldn't go for that. However, next year, once I'm in college and have pretty much complete freedom I would love to have some sort of get-together with a bunch of the forum-goers (all three of us, lol), or at least those in the middle of the east coast area!Bnielsen wrote:hmm.. maybe you should ask your folks if its ok for us to hang out sometime - we could work on it together =)
